Position Overview
The PM will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction, construction, and closeout.
- Budget & Schedule Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring milestones are met without compromising quality.
- Team Coordination: Direct and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to company policies, safety standards, and relevant codes or regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, schedules, meeting minutes, and change orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in commercial or healthcare construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools, such as Procore or Bluebeam.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
